            Who We Are
The New American Club of Marbella (ACM)  is the youngest of the many independent American and International American Clubs in Spain.

We are situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol.

It provides free membership in support of Americans, and other English-speaking nationalities who enjoy social gatherings, business news and involvement,  fine dining, sports, group travel and cultural trips for working and retired professionals, academics (and post grad students), their families and friends.

            .............

The Club is headed by Ann McGeehan who  lives both in Spain and the USA and is married to Mike.

She's  a working mom of seven...
                                                        McGeehan Kids

and President & Co-founder of the Spanish American Football Team, Marbella Sharks.

   Where We Are

Marbella, Spain  is a friendly well kept, tourist resort area on the Costa del Sol, in Málaga, just east of Cadiz: the most southern independent county called Andalucía.

Marbella is often referred to as a vacation resort for the Jet set, because of its past and present - Michelle Obama the King of Saudi Arabia visited this Summer - but it's far more than just that. As many visiting families and couples over the years attest to.

What We Do

The club's main aim is to provide a social networking platform for Americans, English-speaking expats and Spanish who live and work in the Marbella area.

When you are interested in meeting fellow Americans or want to enjoy traditional American events in Marbella, contact us at:

admin@americanclubofmarbella.com

   A Club For All Ages

For working parents, we help organize Kindergarten activities in cooperation with other kids clubs along the coast.

We support local children charities such as Water children, Los Ninos and the Wave's Christian Church  Leukemia Fund. The latter is this year collecting money for Kyle, the 12 year old son of American pastors and members from San Diego .

To meet the interests of the many and varied active  groups, we  sponsor social sporting, cultural  and networking events.

The various units are offering the celebration of traditional American holidays such as Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, St Patrick's Day and Christmas.

Photos are exchanged by e mail at members request, and at the usual social networkign sites... Facebook, Flickr and Linkedln. Contact us.
